What are the materials used to create your jewellery?

All of our pieces are made with either 925 sterling silver or 304 stainless steel, which means they're not only beautiful and durable, but also comfortable to wear.

This is especially important for sensitive skin— you shouldn't have to choose between style and comfort.

What is sterling silver?

As a precious metal, pure silver alone is far too soft to wear as jewellery.

To make it more durable, it's mixed with other alloy metals to give it strength.

This creates what we know as sterling silver.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes! All our earrings use 925 sterling silver hooks or 304 stainless steel posts, which are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.

Are your bracelets stretchy?

They are! Our bracelets are strung on strong elastic cord to comfortably fit most wrist sizes. If you’re looking for a specific fit, feel free to ask.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — all of our jewellery is handmade with love and intention in the UK. Each item is carefully crafted to bring a little meaning and sparkle into your everyday life ✨

What type of cord do you use for bracelets?

We use strong, professional-grade elastic cord that’s designed for jewellery making. It stretches for comfort but holds its shape beautifully 💪

Can I add essential oils to your lava stone bracelets?

Absolutely! Lava stone is porous and can hold a drop or two of essential oil. It’s a great way to enjoy calming scents throughout the day 🌿

Are your earrings heavy to wear?

Not at all! Most of our earrings are lightweight and designed for all-day comfort — even the statement styles. Perfect if you love dangly earrings but hate sore ears by the end of the day 💫

Are your bracelets suitable for men or unisex?

Definitely! Many of our lava stone and gemstone bracelets have a timeless, earthy style that suits all genders. If you’re unsure about sizing or style, we’re always happy to help 🌍

Do you offer clip-on or non-pierced earrings?

Not at the moment, but it’s something we’re exploring! If you'd like to see more clip-on options in the future, drop us a message — we love hearing your ideas 💡

Are your bracelets suitable for stacking?

Absolutely! Our stretch bracelets are perfect for mixing and matching. You can stack them by colour, meaning, or mood — we’re happy to suggest combinations too 🌀

Do your jewellery pieces contain animal products?

No — all our jewellery is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We don’t use leather, bone, or shell in our designs 🐾

📦 ORDER & SHIPPING FAQs

I made a mistake with my order — what should I do?

No worries at all! Message us as soon as possible with your order number and what went wrong — we’ll do our best to help before your parcel ships out 📦

Do you offer free UK delivery?

UK Shipping

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £20.

Delivery on orders under £20 are £2.99.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, and you will receive your tracking number as soon as your package has left the studio.

Is your packaging eco-conscious?

Yes!!

All our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable!

We use washi tape instead of cellophane (plastic) tape, and our boxes and tissue paper are totally recyclable!

Just pop them into your weekly recycling!

How is the jewellery packaged?

Every item is lovingly packaged in tissue paper and delivered in a letterbox-friendly parcel box. All packaging is plastic-free and planet-friendly 🌍

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number and link once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received it, pop us a message and we’ll check it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay — safe and secure for easy checkout 💳

Do you offer Klarna or buy now, pay later?

Not at the moment — but we’re always looking into flexible options. Feel free to get in touch if you need help spreading the cost!

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been packaged and dispatched yet, we’ll do our best! Send us a message as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do 📝

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Just contact us quickly and we’ll process your cancellation and refund 💛

🔄 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ISSUES

What happens if I change my mind about my order?

We offer 30-day returns for unworn items. Just get in touch with your order number and we’ll guide you through the return process 💛

Can I exchange a piece for something else?

Absolutely! If you’d like to swap your jewellery for a different design, just contact us within 14 days and we’ll help you sort it out.

Please note, we cannot exchange used items.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re so sorry this has happened! Please send a photo of the damaged item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. We want you to be 100% happy 💫

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the jewellery is unworn and in its original condition. Just contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through it — nice and easy 💌

How do I return an item?

Simply drop us a message with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions, including the return address. Once we’ve received the item back, we’ll process your refund promptly 💫

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order. We always recommend using tracked post just to be safe 📦

What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

We’re so sorry about that! Please send us a quick message (ideally with a photo) and we’ll fix it right away — whether that’s a refund, a replacement or something else that works for you 💛

Can I return earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on earrings if they’re still sealed and unworn. If there’s an issue with your earrings (like damage or the wrong item), we’ll sort it out right away ✨

I bought something on sale — can I return it?

Yes! Sale items can still be returned within 30 days unless marked as final sale. We want you to be truly happy with your jewellery 💖

How can I contact you if I have a problem and question?

How quickly do you respond to messages?

We aim to reply within a few hours (and always within 24 hours), Monday–Friday. If it’s the weekend, evening or bank holiday, we’ll get back to you first thing 💌

Can I visit your store in person?

We’re an online-only store at the moment, but keep an eye on our socials — we may pop up at a market near you!

What are your customer service hours?

We typically respond to messages Monday–Friday between 9am and 5pm (UK time) and usually within a few hours. If you contact us outside those hours, don’t worry — we’ll reply as soon as we can the next working day ⏰

I messaged but haven’t heard back — what should I do?

Sometimes our replies can land in junk folders or get missed — especially on email or Instagram. If you haven’t heard back within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), feel free to follow up and we’ll get on it right away 💛

Do you offer phone support?

We don’t offer phone support right now — but we’re super responsive via email and chat. That way, we can send helpful links, track your order, and provide detailed answers easily 📲
